Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

We ship internationally from our fulfillment centers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 7–15 business days
Other countries: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be charged by your local government upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
